Hippo通路作为近年来新发现的信号通路，在细胞命运决定、干细胞自我更新、组织器官大小调控与再生、肿瘤发生发展和其他疾病等生命过程中起着关键作用，已经成为细胞、发育、癌症等领域的研究焦点之一。中国在Hippo通路研究上做出了重要贡献，具有较强的国际影响力，新成果不断涌现。本分会场将探讨Hippo信号通路调控与功能相关的研究体系和前沿进展。 The Hippo pathway plays key roles in cell proliferation and cell death, self-renewal and differentiation, organ size control and regeneration. Furthermore, its deregulation leads to cancer and other diseases. In recent years, it has attracted broad attention in the fields of cell biology, developmental biology, and cancer biology. Chinese scientists have made critical contributions to the establishment of the Hippo pathway, and continuously impact the field by frontier discoveries. In this session we will discuss research systems and recent progresses about regulations and functions of the Hippo pathway. | |
