Brain is an organ that integrates sensory information and controls movement. It is also involved in intellectual functions, such as speech, learning, thought and emotion. Aging causes shrink of the brain, change of vasculature and decline of cognition, which is tightly associated with stroke, neurodegenerative diseases and dementia.
