The 2020 National Academic Conference & The 40th Anniversary of Chinese Society for Cell Biology will take place in Suzhou, China on June 8 -11, 2020. The purpose of this conference is to promote the communication and collaboration among scientist in the field of cell biology, further, to boost the research innovation of cell biology in China.

Nearly 200 researchers and experts will be invited to speak on broad topics and perform various academic exchanges. Meeting programs include plenary session, concurrent mini-symposia, special interest subgroup topics, poster viewing and so on. Approximately 1500 attendees are expected to join the conference.

I. Buffet Reception on June 8, 2020 (Only for 350 invited persons)

Amount: CNY 150,000

Benefits:

1.     Getting Naming Right of Buffet Reception. The name of your company will be printed in the invitation letters and on the background of reception.

2.     A special invitation for one VIP at the reception and makes a short talk.

II. Booth Rental

A.     Raw Space Rental (No. T1-T8)

Amount: CNY 200,000

B. Standard Booth

Amount: CNY 55,000 for two open-side booth, CNY 50,000 for one open-side booth.

III. Naming Right of Plenary Talk

Amount: CNY 40,000

Benefits:

1.     A designated plenary talk will be named with the abbreviation of your company ahead. Your company could present the speaker with certificate or medal which should be prepared by yourself.

2.     2 persons’ Registration Fee could be waved.

3.     2 free Conference Brochure. 

IV. Parallel Session

A.    Mini Satellite Meeting (One hour at the noon of June 9 or June 10)

Amount: CNY 50,000

Benefits:

1.     One free meeting room which could be seated with 100-200 persons.

2.     The theme of your mini satellite meeting would be included in the conference program.

3.     The mini satellite meeting should be organized by yourselves. The theme and project should be reviewed by CSCB before release.

4.     2 persons’ Registration Fee could be waved.

B.    Oral Talk in Parallel Session (From the afternoon of June 8 to the afternoon of June 9)

Amount: CNY 30,000 (Only one sponsored talk for each parallel session)

Benefits:

1.          5 minutes for oral talk during the Coffee Break (Slides should be submitted ahead of the conference).

2.          One persons’ Registration Fee could be waved.

3.          One free Conference Brochure.

C.    Naming Right of Parallel Session

Amount: CNY 50,000

Benefits:

1.     Name a parallel session with the abbreviation of your company ahead of the session theme.

2.     Place 4 advertising roll screens in the meeting room of this parallel session.

3.     2 persons’ Registration Fee could be waved.

4.     2 free Conference Brochure. 

D.    Advertisement in Parallel Session

1.     Print Advertisements (Only for 5 companies)

Amount: CNY 10,000

Benefits: Company introductory flyers (no more than 600) will be placed at a designated display stand in the meeting room, which should be prepared by yourselves.

2.      Roll Screens (Only for 3 companies)

Benefits: Company introductory roll screens (no more than 4) will be placed at a designated display stand in the meeting room, which should be prepared by yourselves.

1.     Mobile APP Splash Screen Advertisement (Exclusive)

Amount: CNY 30,000

Benefits: When the conference Mobile APP is used, your advertisement will be displayed in the Mobile APP splash screen for 3 seconds. Please designed the advertisement and provide it with PSD format to CSCB.

2.     Mobile APP Banner Advertisement

Amount: CNY 15,000

Benefits: Your advertisement will be displayed in the top bar of Mobile App when the participants entry the Mobile APP. Please designed the advertisement and provide it with jpg format to CSCB.

C.    Notepads

Amount: CNY 30,000

Benefits:

1.     Earn the name of ‘Notepads Sponsor’. Company name or logo will be displayed in the Conference Brochure.

2.     The name of the conference should be displayed on the front cover. Only one full-page of company advertisement could be displayed inside the notebook.

Exhibition Plan

Priority：
CSCB group members have the priority to choose booth first. The other companies choose the booth according to the time when you submit your Exhibition Registration Form.

Notice:

1.     Company should submit Exhibition Registration Form with Word and PDF format to meeting@cscb.org.cn. Exhibition Registration Form could be downloaded on the conference website.

2.     All the Organization Schemes and the contents of the items which you sponsor such as buffet reception, satellite meeting, advertisements inside or outside meeting room should be reviewed by CSCB before release.

3.     The organizers will honor requests for refunds if companies are in writing and are received by the CSCB no later than February 10. All the refunds will be processed after the end of the conference. Please note that 50% refunds will be issued for requests received before February 10 while no refunds will be issued after February 10.

4.     The company who books more than 2 (includes 2) items could have 95% discount. If company sponsors items by donation, they could also have 95% discount.

5.     The booth will be reserved when company signs the contract within 15 working days after submitting the Exhibition Registration Form. No booth will be reserved over 15 working days.
